Intelligent systems that work while you don't.

Reshentic is an AI solutions studio. We build workflow automations, agentic systems and intelligent websites that handle real work — qualifying leads, processing documents, answering customers, connecting the tools you already use. Fixed scope, fixed price, running in weeks.

What we do

Three things, done properly, rather than ten offered and none finished.

Workflow Automation, Agentic Systems and Intelligent Websites. Every build ships with logging, approval gates and a kill-switch, so you always know what the agent did and why.

01

Workflow Automation

Eliminate manual, repetitive processes across sales, operations, finance and support. n8n, Python and API pipelines built against your real accounts, with alerting and retries.

1–2 weeks

02

Agentic Systems

Custom AI agents that reason, decide and act across your tools and data. Where others ship chatbots and templates, we build autonomous systems tailored to your process.

4–6 weeks

03

Intelligent Websites

Modern, conversion-focused sites with intelligence built in: fast, visually sharp, and wired to capture and qualify leads rather than just look the part. The page you are reading is one of them.

2–4 weeks

What sits underneath

Retrieval & internal tools

Search your own documents, screen CVs, review contracts. Grounded in your files with citations, so anyone can check the answer.

2–4 weeks

Enterprise integration

Bridge legacy IT, procurement and ops systems to modern AI. SSO, audit logs, VPC or on-prem when the data cannot leave.

4–8 weeks

Analytics & monitoring

Cost, latency, accuracy and hours reclaimed in one place, so AI spend maps to the P&L instead of to a feeling.

How we work

A process with dates actually attached to it.

To quote a number honestly, we have to know what we're building. So week one is spent finding out, not selling.

  1. 01

    Discover

    day 1–3

We map your workflow, your tools, and where the time genuinely goes. No proposal until we've watched it running.

an opportunity map, ranked by return

  2. 02

    Design

    day 4–7

We scope the agent against your real systems and agree the success metrics, the data it can touch, and every point where a person approves.

a written spec and a fixed price

  3. 03

    Build

    week 2–3

We build against your actual data and your actual accounts, not a sandbox with sample records. A demo clip lands every Friday.

a working system on your data

  4. 04

    Deploy

    week 4

We ship into your environment with monitoring, structured logging and kill-switches in place before it takes its first real action.

a monitored launch and a rollback plan

  5. 05

    Support & iterate

    ongoing

We stay on to tune, extend and repair it. We don't vanish after handover, and we won't hold you to a retainer to fix our own bug.

    tuning, extensions, someone to call

Why Reshentic

Run by an operator, not a hobbyist.

Most AI agencies are run by people who have never had to keep a system alive inside a real business. Budgets, legacy tools, politics, deadlines. Here is the relevant record.

Operator record
ParameterValueNote
Enterprise IT & procurement 10 years Ran the systems, the budgets and the deadlines before automating any of it.
Media group background News Corp Enterprise-scale operations, and a very public deadline every single time.
Model vendors Neutral OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight models. We recommend them, we don't resell them.
Delivery Remote We work async against an agreed overlap window, and join a call whenever you want one. Being in the same timezone is not a requirement.
Working hours UTC+4 Overlaps the UK and EU mornings, and the US East Coast afternoon.
Contracting Fixed scope A fixed price after discovery. No hourly black box, no change requests you didn't agree to.

“Most AI agencies are run by people who've never had to make a system survive a real business. I spent a decade doing exactly that before I built a single agent. Reshentic exists because that difference actually shows up in what gets delivered.”

Where this pays off

Three workflows that usually pay for themselves.

These surface on nearly every discovery call. The figures are what clients reported back, not projections.

fig. 02support

Inbox triage that drafts, doesn't guess

Classify the ticket, draft a reply from your knowledge base, escalate anything VIP, and log the result to your CRM. A person approves before anything leaves the building.

~11 hrsreclaimed per week, per 1,000 tickets

fig. 03sales

Leads answered while they're still warm

New leads get qualified, booked and reminded automatically, synced straight to your calendar and CRM.

3×faster first response

fig. 04operations

Procurement and paperwork flows

Read the PDFs, match them to purchase orders, chase the approvals, and push clean records into sheets or your ERP — with the full audit trail behind every row. This is the workflow that usually pays for the whole engagement, because nobody enjoys matching invoice numbers at eleven on a Friday night.

What manual work is costing you

The arithmetic, live, with every term visible.

Three inputs, one rate. We assume 65% of reported manual hours get absorbed, because that is roughly where our builds land. The working is all on screen so you can argue with it.

12

Anyone whose week is part copy, paste, chase, or re-enter.

6

Be generous. People underestimate this by about a third.

Fully loaded, not base salary. Outside the US, use your local figure — the result scales with it.

65% absorption · 52 working weeks · excludes error costs, rework and hiring. The real number usually lands higher, and we would rather you saw the conservative one first.

Start small, scale what works

A fixed price, after we've actually looked at the work.

There are no prices on this page, because a number is worth nothing without knowing what sits behind it. Every engagement starts with a paid discovery and roadmap session — and if that session says don't build it, we'll say that too.

Engagement Scope Duration You get Start
Automation consultation A paid discovery and roadmap session. We map your workflows, rank them by return, and separate what is worth building from what is worth buying off the shelf. 1 session A written roadmap: ranked opportunities with the ROI maths, a build-or-buy call, and a fixed-price proposal for whatever you then choose to build. Book a consultation
Automation sprint One workflow, chosen by you, audited and then built against your real data and accounts. 2 weeks A deployed automation, a recorded walkthrough, and written docs your team can maintain. Book a sprint
Agentic system A full agent: tools, approvals, monitoring, and the integration work needed to get it into your stack safely. 4–6 weeks A deployed system with approvals and audit logs, plus 30 days of tuning after handover. Start a project
most engagements begin here

The consultation fee is credited in full against the build if you go ahead with us. If you decide not to, the roadmap is still yours to keep — and we'd rather you had it than didn't.

Before you write to us

Straight answers, up front.

If your question isn't here, put it on the call. We'd rather answer it now than lose the work to it later.

How fast can you actually ship?

A single automation takes one to two weeks. A full agentic system takes four to six, testing and approval gates included. We won't promise you overnight — production systems need guardrails, and cutting them is how projects end up in the news.

Will this work with the tools we already run?

Yes. n8n, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, WhatsApp, Postgres, and most REST APIs. If it has an API, or it exports a CSV, we can usually wire it up. If something is genuinely awkward, we say so during discovery rather than after you've paid for it.

What happens to our data?

Least-privilege access, your documents kept in your own tenant wherever the model allows, every agent action logged, and a human approval step on anything irreversible. Sensitive workloads can run inside your VPC or on your own infrastructure. The access list is written into the spec before we build, so you approve it before we touch anything.

What does it cost?

A fixed price after discovery. The consultation is a paid session that produces a real number and a written roadmap; after that it's a fixed scope rather than an open hourly meter. Send us a workflow and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, which sometimes it isn't.

What do you need from us to begin?

Thirty minutes on a call, one workflow owner who knows the process end to end, and some sample data or documents. We handle the mapping, the build and the deployment. You don't need an engineering team, and nobody has to learn to code.

Start here

Book an automation consultation.

A paid discovery and roadmap session, which is where every engagement starts. Tell us the workflow, the tools involved, and what “done” looks like — three lines is plenty. You'll leave with a written roadmap: ranked opportunities, the ROI maths, and a straight build-or-buy call. We'll tell you honestly whether an intelligent system is the right fix, including when it isn't.

Volume, tools involved, and who does it today. Rough numbers are fine.

Stop babysitting the workflow. Give it a system and let it run.

One call. One opportunity map. No deck.

Write to mehfooz@reshentic.com, or take the call first. We'll tell you plainly if your workflow isn't worth automating.
